What do I need to bring for entry / check-in?
Bring your proof of purchase: your Wix order confirmation email (digital receipt) or your order number. We will verify your purchase against our check-in list.
Do I need to print anything?
If you are able to print your order confirmation please do so. If not, A digital receipt on your phone is fine (order confirmation email or order number).
What if I can’t find my confirmation email?
No problem, we can still check you in. Provide the name and email/phone number used at checkout, and we’ll locate your order on our list.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Check-in is based on the purchase details on the order. If someone else is arriving in your place, they must have the order confirmation or the buyer’s name + email/phone so we can match the order.
How does Student Admission work?
Student Admission requires valid student ID at check-in. If ID is not provided, entry may require General Admission purchase (based on availability).
